Hiya guys! Dilynn here and I’m so happy be putting together my website (finally) and I can’t wait to share with you all my hopes and thoughts for this blog! First of all, I just want to take the time to thank all of you readers out there for listening to my story… it’s nice to get everything I’m thinking written out in words! 😀 Next, I wanted to mention something about the INSANE events that have been happening just recently. The struggles of this COVID19 has greatly impacted most (if not, all) of the world. I have been wanting to set up this website for a while, but haven’t gotten to it until now and I think that now is honestly the perfect time for some action! So please please PLEASE, if you have the time, help me help you help everyone else and we can turn these “Lymes into Lym-ade!” (I’m sorry y’all, that was really bad…) Anyways, if any of you were wondering, I’m planning on posting as much as I can (we’ll see how it goes), so be sure to keep checking in!     I have heard that certain stretches are good for your spine. Do you know of any you can suggests for me? I have tried a bunch & yet hear there are ones that can align your back.

    1. Thank you, thank you! I am so happy to share what I know, but I could not do it without you and Grandpa! As far as back stretches go, I love child’s pose. It’s one of my go-tos! I also love cat and cow arches, and cobra. For something more targeted to hips, you could try supine twists. Hope that this helps and thanks again!
